Mae Hall Clark, age 71, of Morgantown, was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Mon Health Medical Center. 

Mrs. Clark was born May 27, 1946 in Pikeville, KY, a daughter of the late Walker Hall and Delfie Damron. 

She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and great friend to all who knew her. Mae loved going to church, The Apostolic Gospel Church of Cheat Lake, and worshiping her God. She also enjoyed going to the Salvation Army’s Home League. 

She is survived by her daughter, Christine (Damon) Stimmell; granddaughter, Brittney Hunt; two sisters, Brenda (Steve) Long of Atlanta, GA and Linda Friend of Morgantown, WV; an aunt, Alma (Gerald) Ratliff of Akron, OH; step daughters, Susan (Page) Dewitt, Brenda (Eddie) Hare; step sons, Gary (Carolyn) Clark, Randy Clark, and Mark Clark; step brothers, Donnie Damron and Ronnie Damron: and step sister, Loretta Guy.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond George Clark; son, Billy Joe; and a half- sister, Darlene Johnson.

Friends may join the family to honor Mae’s life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Morgantown, on Tuesday, June 27th from 4:00-8:00 PM, and again on Wednesday, June 28th from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM with Bishop Wheeler Estepp officiating. She will be laid to rest at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
